Alison is new to Kindermusik, but music and art have always been at the heart of her life. She’s played percussion since fourth grade, and while she no longer performs, she still finds joy in listening to music and sharing it with children and their caregivers. She studied Visual Arts and Art History, earned an MA in Museum Studies, and brings a rich background in theatre and the arts to everything she does. By day, you’ll find her working as a children’s librarian with a passion for early childhood literacy. Alison was honored to be named a PBS KIDS Early Learning Champion and serves on several community boards and committees that support young children and families. Whether through stories, songs, or hands-on exploration, she believes in the power of play, creativity, and meaningful connection.
