LILY PYKETT

Music has been a core part of Lily’s life for as long as she can remember! Her musical journey began early on when she first picked up the flute and discovered a love for singing, which eventually inspired her to expand her horizons even further. You can often catch her performing around the community—she plays cello with the Lakeland University Chamber Orchestra and sings in the Lakeshore Chorale.

Lily’s background is rooted in community engagement, youth programming, and education. She spent multiple years teaching ukulele at a local summer camp, and she loves getting to spend her time learning, growing, and connecting with kids and their families.

When she isn't playing or making music, Lily is usually hanging out with her dog, Pippa, diving into a good book, or working on a fun sewing project.

Lily loves teaching music because she gets to help students build confidence, express themselves, and discover the joy of making music. She looks forward to meeting all the students and families and can't wait to help grow your student's excitement for music!
