What’s Kindermusik?
Kindermusik is a program designed specifically for children between the ages of 0 and 6. It combines music, movement, storytelling, and play into an engaging environment that helps children develop their musicality, social skills, language development, motor skills, and creativity. The program also helps foster a lifelong love of music.
Why Music Classes for Your Preschooler?
Through storytelling, pretend play, and music activities, your 3-5-year-old will gain essential skills, including steady beat recognition, rhythm, tempo, pitch singing, fine motor control, spatial awareness, and discrimination of sound. These fundamental concepts provide a strong foundation for future success in private lessons further down the road.
Not only that, but the musical environment also fosters vital social skills such as turn-taking, sharing, inhibitory control, and verbal development - all essential components of school readiness. With this engaging curriculum of music and movement activities geared toward early childhood development, your preschooler will have ample opportunity to develop creativity and build confidence in a playful setting.
